We're teaming up with @maisonhealdsburg on Tuesday, May 21st for a special, one-night-only Chopped prix-fixe menu! Three courses with beverage pairing add-on by somm heart-throbs, yours truly @maisonhealdsburg.

Course 1: Smoked turkey rillettes with vanilla milkshake glace, smoked dashi, mac 'n' cheese 'n' fried cauliflower gremolata

Course 2: Beef coulotte Wellington with candied pickle chard, rice porridge, Mexican rice Dijon butter

Course 3: Blueberry rosette mille-feuille with citrus sauce, brown butter pistachio praline, blueberry meringue and buttercream
